I recently stayed at a lovely little unique place called Trecombe Lakes Villa. It was well thought out and very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the essentials were provided. I appreciated the welcome book that provided helpful information, and the notes for easy checkout. It had everything I needed and the fire pit in the evening was a great touch. The location was peaceful and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking.
Nothing that I didn't like 😊

The accommodation was unique and surprisingly spacious. The Teletubbie pods were cosy and had all the necessary amenities. The lakes were a beautiful backdrop and added a touch of serenity to the overall experience. the fire pit and barbecue facilities were a great addition, allowing us to enjoy some outdoor cooking and relaxation. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nature trails and plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring.
The door frames were a bit low, and I found myself hitting my head a few times. This was a minor inconvenience, but worth noting.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

I recently stayed at Trecombe Lakes and had a fantastic time. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful lakes and peaceful scenery. The lodge I stayed in was cozy and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The addition of an outdoor Swedish bath was a wonderful touch. It was also great to have access to a row boat and a wild play area, making the stay extra special. Despite being tucked away, the hotel was still easily accessible to nearby attractions like Falmouth, Gweek, and Helston. I had a lovely experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this place is ideal, just outside of a vibrant town. You won't be in the middle of nowhere. The pod we stayed in was fantastic, with plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The shower had good pressure, and the towel rail was a nice touch. the lakes on the property provided a beautiful backdrop for a relaxing walk.
The roads leading to the hotel were a little narrow, which might be challenging for some drivers.

We had an absolutely amazing family getaway in this hidden gem nestled in nature. The cozy rooms were warm and had all the amenities we needed, including WIFI for our little one's entertainment. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and we loved taking the boat out on the lake. The provided barbecue and fire pits were a fantastic addition that made our stay even more memorable. It truly felt like a magical escape.
Some utensils in the kitchen were a bit slippery to use.

I was skeptical at first about staying in a pod instead of a hotel or B&B, but my stay at Trecombe Lakes exceeded all expectations. The campsite was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking countryside. The pods themselves were cozy and well-designed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the outdoor space, perfect for children to play and enjoy the fresh air. The owners were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. I will definitely be returning to Trecombe Lakes for another holiday soon.
Nothing for me. 😊

We stayed at Trecombe Lakes for our 47th wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful surprise for my wife. The accommodation was out of this world, with everything we needed and beautifully situated in the countryside. We loved the peaceful walks around the lakes and the fishing facilities were a bonus for me. The location is great, easily accessible to attractions in Gweek and Helston, with Falmouth just a short drive away. Highly recommended for a quiet and peaceful break.
Do recommend this hotel.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the well-equipped pod, including camping chairs and extra heating. The location was peaceful and beautiful, with a nearby lake and plenty of outdoor lighting. The lodge on-site provided additional entertainment, and the owners were always available for any needs. Definitely the best pod we've stayed in!
Felt truly spoilt, no reason to complain.

Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the accommodations at Trecombe Lakes offer a tranquil escape for business travelers. The well-equipped and spotlessly clean pods provide all the necessary amenities, including a compact kitchen with stove, oven, and fridge, as well as a cozy bedroom space with extra beds for families. The bathroom is spacious enough and the outdoor area with a BBQ stand and firepit adds a touch of enchantment to the stay. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful lake and forest views, creating a truly magical experience.
The absence of a television in the pods may be a disappointment for some guests who prefer to have that option for entertainment.

Beautiful surroundings and great for kids, lots of activities for them to do. The large wooden adventure playground was a hit with the children, they had a blast climbing and exploring. , the location was idyllic and had a magical feel to it, making it a perfect getaway.
The pods could use some improvements, like having a TV inside. While there was a DVD player available in the lodge house, it would have been nice to have a TV in the pod for some evening entertainment once the children were in bed.
